How we handle AI in legal work
This Trust Center explains the boundaries around AI-assisted work in Neutrinet. Your firm controls access and review requirements. Your attorneys remain responsible for the legal work and final legal judgment.
Firm-configured review
Your firm sets review requirements. Substantive casework and work involving legal judgment return to the attorney for review.
Matter and source context
The Agent works from the facts, documents, prior work, and firm-approved guidance connected to the matter. Prepared work can surface its supporting sources and open questions for review.
Governed Firm Knowledge
Authorized team members decide which approved checklists, templates, instructions, and review standards become reusable guidance across the practice.
Attorney legal judgment
Neutrinet can prepare and organize work. Attorneys retain professional responsibility and final legal judgment.
Plain answers about retention and deletion
Retention
Dormant-account data is deleted or anonymized on the schedule set in our Privacy Policy, unless the law requires us to retain it.
Deletion and export on request
Customers can export or delete Customer Content by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Your content stays yours
Subject to applicable law and our retention and deletion policy, you may access and modify Customer Content through your account. We do not use Customer Content to train or improve our models unless your firm expressly opts in.

What the Agent does not do
It does not give legal advice
AILaw provides software and supporting services. Legal judgment stays with your attorneys, and no attorney-client relationship is created with a firm's clients.
It does not submit government filings
Neutrinet Agent can fill supported government portals. Your attorney reviews and submits on the government site.
It does not make final legal judgments
The Agent can research, analyze, organize, and draft. Your attorneys decide how the law applies and whether prepared work may be used.
It does not set firm standards on its own
An individual improvement becomes shared Firm Knowledge only when an authorized team member approves it for the practice.
