Terms of Use
This website is operated by AILaw Inc., doing business as Neutrinet (“Neutrinet”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website: the pages you are reading, the demo request and newsletter forms, and the marketing material we publish here.
They do not govern the Neutrinet platform or our drafting services (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided to law firms under a signed Order Form and the Neutrinet Platform Services Agreement (the “Agreement”). If anything on this site conflicts with the Agreement, the Agreement controls.
We are a technology provider, not a law firm
Neutrinet does not provide legal advice or legal services, and no attorney-client relationship is created by this site, by our software, or by the Services, including with a law firm’s clients. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Under the Agreement, the customer and its licensed attorneys remain solely responsible for legal judgment, client representation, deadlines, factual accuracy, filing decisions, signatures, and compliance with professional obligations.
AI-assisted features and the Casework Output they produce (the Agreement’s term for the documents, analyses, drafts, recommendations, extracted information, form entries, or other work product generated or prepared through those features), may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular matter. They are tools to assist the customer and are not a substitute for professional judgment or independent review. We do not warrant that any output will satisfy legal requirements, meet government agency or filing standards, account for every deadline, or produce any particular outcome.
The customer is responsible for verifying source materials, factual statements, citations, forms, calculations, and final documents, and must independently review and approve all Casework Output before relying on it, providing it to a client, signing it, or filing it.
Government e-filing features, which enter information into government portals for the attorney to review and submit, together with reminders, receipt tracking, status tracking, or similar features, do not transfer to Neutrinet any responsibility for confirming submission, agency receipt, deadlines, or case status.

Please do not send us confidential client information through the demo request or newsletter forms. What we collect through this site and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
This site links to independent websites, and it may direct you to third-party services such as our scheduling provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability. When you interact with one of those services directly, that provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
