How does seat pricing work?
Each licensed Premium or Pro user is billed at the listed per-user rate for their chosen plan and billing period. Firms with 20 or more users get custom pricing. Contact sales.
How does annual pricing work?
Annual prices are the controlling rates. The per-month figures shown for annual billing are rounded equivalents. Premium and Pro also offer month-to-month billing at higher rates, and Ultra is annual only.
Who counts as a named user?
Each attorney or staff member who signs in needs a named account. Your firm's clients get portal access at no charge. Client portal users do not require paid named-user seats.
Can we mix plans across the firm?
Premium and Pro licenses can be mixed within one firm account. Ultra is annual, applies to the whole firm, and cannot be combined with Premium or Pro.
Do the plans include different Agent operations?
No. Premium, Pro, and Ultra include the same supported Agent operations. They differ by Agent usage limits and how they are set up across your firm.
How do Credit Packs work?
Credit Packs are purchased by the firm and shared across authorized users. They are available with an active Premium, Pro, or Ultra plan.
What is Ultra?
Ultra is annual, applies to the whole firm, and cannot be combined with Premium or Pro.
