We know that continuous improvement is the key to making sure NEUTRINET remains the best legal software for immigration lawyers. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with suggestions or feedback from you and your team.

If you have questions or need new hire onboarding help, feel free to book a free training session with us. Regardless of tech skills, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions until your team can fully utilize the software.

Here are our most recent feature updates for September.

Billing

Invoices can be generated directly from NEUTRINET without integrations. And details can be found in related cases and on the bills page.
Integration with Quickbooks has been finished and is currently under review by the Quickbooks team.

Intake

You can generate fixed links for intake templates so that these links can be shared with your new clients via emails, calendar apps, or your homepage. Find more details here

Form version control

Instead of updating the form version quietly, you will see a warning message of form update when you enter a smart case if any related form has an updated version. You will be able to choose the old version or the new version. Information will be carried over.

USCIS online e-filling

Now we support I-90 and I-130 in USCIS e-filling. More form support is coming. Contact us if you want to try.

We appreciate your business with us. More exciting features are under development and expected to be released this quarter, such as e-signature, document reuse, etc. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our support team at [email protected] or book training to learn more.
